Tom is the SVP for AdColony in APAC. AdColony is an award-winning mobile advertising and marketing platform with a focus on mobile gaming, and the largest global in-app marketing business.

AdColony has an enviable global client portfolio that includes Unilever and Google. In his charge, he has helped the company receive over 150+ awards in just under five years. Tom was integral in facilitating Digital Turbine’s US$400m acquisition of AdColony in 2021.

Tom has actively coached thousands of founders and CEOs through his website DigitalinAsia which has a monthly traffic of 15K. He has launched, built and exited multiple companies - including MediaQuark, Gamma and Ambient Digital - across the Asia Pacific region. And in each of these companies, he has left a legacy that continues to shape them today. Tom is active in the startup community with a focus on the next Web3 wave of the internet and The Metaverse, including businesses in Gaming, Esports, Online Retail, NFTs and Blockchain.

He has amassed numerous accolades with the most notable being on the Asia Pacific board for MMA (Mobile Marketing Association), the Gaming & Esports Committee of the IAB, listed on Campaign Asia’s 40 under 40 and nominated as Exchangewire AdTech Personality of the Year.
